100 COLORS of vibrant Velcro loop fabric is bonded to surface, wrapped over edges around to back of your tack board, securely bonded to Luan plywood or foam board or interior cork layer with or without, interior frame.

INSTALLATION - Interior frame is highly recommended so that bulletin boards will hold their shape and can be easily installed to walls with screws.
